About my work
Traditionally, one of the key perspectives in coaching has been to focus on results and solutions and to facilitate the coachee’s ability to accomplish his or her goals quickly and effectively.
In today’s world, we face a growing degree of uncertainty and complexity. We no longer have immediate answers to the challenges we are facing. There are no clear-cut answers to the questions we ask. Knowledge has become contextual and dynamically variable.
The work I do is reflecting this complex reality, where relevant knowledge and client’s answers are actually co-created in a human interaction, in an intellectual exchange: in a spacious, safe and mutually inspiring conversation.
