Inspiring Conversations with Teams

From a traditional perspective, the team is understood as a whole, made up of many individual, separate parts. In this thinking, if one part is broken, it must be repaired or replaced. Focusing only on the individuals within groups can deprive the team from accessing information and creativity that exists only within the larger whole.

The Organizational System (Team) coaching addresses this limitation. It is truly a groundbreaking holistic approach to tapping into the resources of the entire group. In other words, individuals are not a "star “or a "problem" in the system, they are a reflection of some aspect of the system as a whole.

My job as a system coach and facilitator is to connect the team members with the power and potential inherent in the system (group/team). I join the system not to repair or modify it, but rather to “reveal” its nature to it's members. By helping the system to see itself – its strengths, its obstacles, and its potential – I help the system to find its own answers. The team members then become more “response-able” and at choice to regulate the system consciously.

Who are my Clients

This work has a tremendous impact on effectiveness of any group, provided that its members 1) are willing to take responsibility for their impact in their group and 2) believe that they can initiate change in the group, team or system they are part of.

The Teams who can benefit from this work are those who’s members:

  1. Feel limitation in their effectiveness due to unresolved conflicts, lack of vision or alignment
  2. Need to re-start, re-charge or re-align their team’s energy and boost motivation
  3. Want to identify their core values, common vision and team identity and build coherence around it

Working with Virtual teams

A special form of my work with teams is to facilitate team discussions virtually. I use state-of-the art technology to facilitate the discussions, vision or project alignment, action planning and virtual focus groups with team members that work in multiple locations around the world.
