I believe firmly, that the annual stats are just a good way to keep myself internally informed about how consistently I deliver the quality the market is expecting from me. When diving deep into the real numbers, one must be ready for some surprises... I had a hunch that this year, based on my recent workload, I will surprise myself, when the numbers are finally added up. Indeed!

It was my intention to review the overall health of my business by the first decade of January.  Well, here it is:  2016 was a magical year  - the stats show slightly over 320 hours coached (I did not know this was possible, and yes, its is!) with 43 different human beings who, in 2016, actually opened the door and sat on the chair in my office for a coaching conversation; made 25 new individual client acquisitions, delivered 125 hours of workshops of which 2 were designed for public and rest delivered to 5 different corporate clients.  My clients' list  was enhanced by BNP Paribas, Ceska sporitelna, Continental, CSOB, Heineken, Parker Hannifin, Penta, PPG Industries, SAB Miller, Savencia, SCA, and Vodafone.

And the best news:  In December 2016, I  have crossed the magical line of 2,000 coaching hours!
