Projects and workshops
Each year, I study the topics of my clients and follow up on the ones that resonate the most by developing them into public workshops. I carefully select co-leaders that contribute to deepening these topics. The workshops are open to my clients, to general public and can be accommodated to the corporate clientele or as topics for public speaking engagements.

One day public workshop inspired by the work of renowned Dr. Brene Brown (www.brenebrown.com) and her research around shame and vulnerability. It focuses on understanding shame as an emotion and its impact on our lives as well as suggests strategies on how to built shame resilience. Love is the most resonant topics of this year. The seminar about love will take us to the Island of Gods – Bali.
Together with Majka Kadlecova (http://www.m-adventures.eu/en/, we are preparing an extraordinary experience for you. In a two-day seminar, we will look at love from many unusual angles. The rest of the trip, we will immerse in love as it is lived every day on this beautiful paradise island.

QED Life Evenings are inspirational workshops supporting personal and professional development. The events are organized by my colleagues at QED Group (http://www.qedgroup.cz/en/). I am speaking about the research of Brene Brown on vulnerability and shame. This is a second evening organized on this topic this year.
Workshop co-lead with my husband Ron, reflecting our experiences during our three months' trip around New Zealand. In silent auction, we have offered to buy our best pictures. The proceeds from the auction were donated to the rescue of wild life in the Czech Republic.

Training workshop for facilitators and training professionals is co-designed and co-lead with my colleague Ondrej Krasa (www.krasafacilitace.cz). Five consecutive evening modules focus on building advanced skills in any group facilitation starting from professional team assessment all the way to completion. In each module, we focus on specific challenges the facilitator is exposed to in the corporate environment.

In 2010, I initiated a project aimed at introducing team coaching as a supporting methodology in Czech schools. The goal was to stimulate the interest of teachers and the students/children in self-development, to deepen their self-awareness and relationship savvy, and to stimulate their curiosity about themselves and others. This all for the sake of increasing the overall level of self-responsibility in society.
The project evolved as a voluntary initiative of a group of professional coaches associated with the Czech chapter of ICF. More about the project here:
This personal project is aimed at improving relationships between two individuals. It is my conscious way of being any time I encounter a stranger in any life circumstance.
I am noticing that smiling at people around us from an authentic place can powerfully shift the space between people. From this place, relationships have a better chance to start, to stand and to last. Smiling is not yet a way of life in our world - I want to be a role model and inspiration to others on how changing of this inner perspective can change our lives.
